It was a privilege to be invited to contribute to the much-awaited book about the renowned artist, Ivor Davies (Encounters with Ivor Davies – edited by Helen Phillips and published by the H’mm Foundation). The current exhibition of his work spanning several decades at Aberystwyth Art Centre is well worth a visit.

Braint oedd derbyn gwahoddiad i ysgrifennu rhai argraffiadau am fy nghyfaill o arlunydd dawnus, Ifor Davies, a hynny mewn cyfrol swmpus am ei fywyd a’i waith. Bydd arddangosfa uchelgeisiol a thrawiadol o’i waith ar hyd y degawdau yng Nghanolfan Gelfyddydau Aberystwyth tan ganol Awst.

It’s been a busy few months between concentrating on finishing a picture book and launching my latest novel, Camau Bach (Small Steps). Many thanks to Meg Elis for her generous review in Barn magazine and also, to Martin Huws for his in-depth, two-part interview in Tafod Elai. I also enclose a recent article of mine in Barn following a visit the Bologna Children’s Book Fair in April.
