Thanks for all the support during the book launch of Porth last night. The Hub in Whitchurch (the location where I started writing the book last Autumn) was ideal, and it was lovely to hear Delwyn Siôn sing to us after the conversation with Ion Thomas. What a blast!

Dim ond diolch sydd gen i yn dilyn lawnsiad ‘Porth’ neithiwr. Diolch i dîm Awen yn Hwb yr Eglwys Newydd am y croeso ac i wasg Y Lolfa am drefnu lleoliad mor addas (dyma lle ddechreuish i ‘sgwennu’r gyfrol). Diolch i Ion Thomas am holi a llywio’r noson, i Delwyn Siôn am ein hadloni, i Siop Cant a Mil am y gwerthu ac i bawb ddaeth i gefnogi’r digwyddiad. Diolch!

New Publication / Cyfrol Newydd

Excited to see Porth in the shops this week. My first publication for adults, a collection of interlinked stories around Cardiff. I enjoyed writing this book so much.

Cyffrous fod fy nghyfrol gynta’ i oedolion, Porth, newydd gael ei chyhoeddi gan wasg Y Lolfa. Casgliad o straeon dinesig sy’ ‘ma – ma’n gyfrol sy’n gorwedd rhwla rhwng nofel a chyfrol o straeon byrion. Wedi joio ‘sgwennu hon.

Book Chart / Siart Llyfrau Cymraeg i Blant

Chuffed to see Mira (Atebol) is in the top three in the current books chart again, keeping company with two other books that I’ve recently adapted: ‘Does Dim yn Gyflymach na’r Tsita’ (Rily) and ‘Yr Ardd Anweledig’ (Broga Books). Thanks also to the Welsh Libraries for the recent interview regarding my writing processes.

Hyfryd gweld ‘Mira a’r Trip Ysgol’ (Atebol) yn y siartiau a dwy gyfrol arall dwi wedi eu haddasu’n ddiweddar hefyd!

New cover / Clawr newydd

I enjoyed creating this layered and nostalgic cover for Atebol recently. Gwreiddio is a collection of short stories about rural life in Wales.

Braf tu hwnt oedd cael fy ngwadd gan gwmni Atebol i baratoi’r clawr ar gyfer eu cyfrol arfaethedig o straeon byrion gan amryw o awduron, Gwreiddio. Yn y siopau’n fuan!
